Larry began his career in film entertainment as a theatre manager in the General Cinema chain. For the next 20 years, Gleason expanded his experience in theatre exhibition management at both General Cinema and Mann Theatres where he became President. From there Gleason branched out into marketing and distribution as he joined De Laurentis Entertainment Group as President of Marketing and Distribution, later moving on to Paramount and MGM as President of Worldwide Theatrical Distribution.

Rosy is one of the pioneers in Hispanic advertising. She began her career at Bermudez & Associates in 1982 and has been serving the Hispanic market for over 26 years. As the former Senior Media Director of Casanova Pendrill, Rosy had governed the media planning and buying efforts for brands in over 20 different categories; she managed and invested over $300 million in media billings annually on behalf of many diverse service, entertainment, retail, beverage, fast food, package goods and telecommunications clients such as: Universal Studios, AT&T, L’Oreal, General Mills, Nestle, California Lottery, General Motors, Pacific Bell, The Home Depot and Pollo Loco, among others.

John is a veteran film marketer with more than 700 feature films to his credit. He is responsible for coordinating all of the activities of the media, publicity, promotions and creative departments. Butkovich was previously Senior Vice-President of Media at Sony Pictures Entertainment where, for 15 years, he spearheaded domestic media efforts. Prior to joining Sony, Butkovich served five years as Vice-President of Media at Universal Pictures where he led domestic media efforts for such films as E.T. The Extraterrestrial, The Dear Hunter, On Golden Pond, and An American Werewolf in London.

Daniel Martinez has over 23 years of experience in the production and post-production business. Daniel began his career in 1985 as an engineer at The Videotape Company and progressed to World Communications, California Communications Inc. and Vidcom Post. He became chief engineer for Schulman Studios, which later became SanMar Studios where he became co-owner and operator from 1993 to 1999. He facilitated SanMar’s growth into a cutting-edge, full-service production studio where he helped launch the UPN network for Paramount Studios. Martinez has facilitated the successful productions of numerous sporting events, game shows, infomercials, high-end commercials, network promos, music videos, music shows, films and documentaries.

Madeline Padilla is the nationally recognized Executive Director of Publicity for ARENAS. Madeline has a particular skill in effectively reaching the community she comes from. Originally from Puerto Rico, Ms. Padilla is a key member of the ARENAS team and an accomplished film marketer dedicated and committed to serving her clients as well as advancing her own Latino community. Ms. Padilla has participated in orchestrating and directing successful publicity campaigns on more than 100 films and has most recently been honored by The Hollywood Reporter as one of the Top 15 Hispanic Women in Entertainment.

Isaac has over 10 years experience in marketing, with 7 years involved specifically in Hispanic media promotions and marketing. Partnering with blue chip Latino media entertainment companies such as SBS and Univision, he continues to specialize in entertainment marketing, with an emphasis on radio, records and films. He has maintained a successful track record in creating campaigns targeted toward Hispanic consumers of diverse backgrounds and lifestyles.
